2015 USATF Nationals Sponsorship

Dear Mission Valley Track & Field Supporter,

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Mission Valley Track & Field Club (MVTC) of 2015.  MVTC is an extension of the James Logan High School track & field program in Union City, California.

Mission Valley Track & Field Club was founded by Coach Lee Webb, a decathlete in the 1984 Olympic Trials for Team USA.  Coach Webb has a sincere passion for grooming young athletes into future Olympians through MVTC.  Therefore, in the last 30-plus years, Coach Webb has mastered his coaching and guidance techniques to produce numerous USATF National Champions, over 300 All-Americans and has placed hundreds of scholar-athletes at universities and colleges in support of higher education.

Coach Webb’s passion drives scholar-athletes’ dreams into reality.  This track season Coach Webb has groomed over twenty scholar-athletes who qualified in the USATF Region 14 Championships.  These elite scholar-athletes will move on to compete at the USATF Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships.  The scholar-athletes will be exposed to national competition from all 50 states in the U.S.  The guests in attendance will range from athletes, spectators, supporters and coaches varying from Division I to Division III universities.  The scholar-athletes will have the chance to experience what it’s like to travel to a different part of the country, learn new customs, tour potential colleges as well as the possibility of meeting their future collegiate coaching staff. This event is the largest and most prestigious track meet in the nation where national champions are made and dreams come true.

In order to fulfill the dreams of these amazing scholar-athletes, MVTC needs your financial support.  It will cost about $700.00 per athlete (Approximately $20,000.00 as an entire team).  Your donation will help provide the athletes with flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodations and meals.

The USATF Junior Olympics will be held from July 27th – August 2nd, 2015 at the University of North Florida.  Since the meet is just around the corner, timing is of the essence.  Your swift contributions will make all the difference in the world.  You can make confidential, tax-deductible (Non-Profit # 94-3121101) contributions via our website at www.logantrackandfield.com.  We want to make sure that each athlete is fully covered so whatever amount you are able to donate is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for all of your support and we promise to make you proud as your soon-to-be USATF 2015 National Champions.

Sincerely yours,

Coach Lee Webb
